I don't like to hibernate my computer when I leave the house. There's two full USB hubs connected--fully populated--and I don't trust Windows not to send my session in a spiraling fireball of digital hell. That means shutting down. Shutting down means I have to endure a cold boot. For me, rebooting is a scary thing. For example: this time Windows decided to modify large chunks of my selected theme. Random data corruption? Great. I can't wait for it to eat something important. At least it's happy hour.
